Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your piece. If not, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer law.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it, with any tags attached. Please note that our pieces are curated vintage and pre-loved garments: their unique character, including any wear or imperfections described in the product listing, is part of what they are and does not constitute a defect.

Returns are handled personally. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@sostercph.com within 14 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit. 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Refunds include the original standard shipping cost, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Items that show signs of wear beyond their described condition, or that are returned without prior notice, may not be eligible for a full refund.
